The Overland model comes with Grey leather interior, 17 inch alloys & walnut wood trim, electric windows and mirrors, electric sunroof, dual zone climate control, electric memory heated seats, cruise control, parking sensors (not standard!) etc. It is also fitted with a Towbar (electrics working etc). If you are not aware the Overland is noticeably more powerful than a standard V8 and also handles much better due to uprated suspension and bigger wheels – still rides like a dream though. These Jeeps really are fantastic to drive – smooth, endlessly powerful and fantastic ride with very acceptable road manners. My father bought the Jeep in December during the bad snow (in which it was unreal) as he got fed up with his 530d sitting in the drive, but has now returned to driving a more economical front wheel drive car as he has decided he has no need to run a big 4×4 all year round. The Jeep has covered 74K miles and has a Full Service History. It has recently had a major service (including plugs, diff and gearbox oils & coolant) new radiator and 4 recent new tyres. It has also had the LPG system serviced in Dads ownership. The Jeep has upgrade dash speakers (very common that they blow) and has had the heater system blend doors replaced (again common and expensive fault). Other silly things like gas bonnet struts and overland and Jeep badges have also been renewed! The alloys have also been recently refurbished. (Yes he is fussy!) Driving wise the Jeep is very tight and accelerates brakes and handles as expected.In August 2008 the Jeep was fitted with a Venturi LPG kit, using an 84 litre spare wheel tank (no loss of boot space). The Jeep starts on petrol and switched over to LPG after a minute or two of driving. Being a multi-point sequential system there is no loss of power on LPG – you wouldn’t know you were running on it! The system has also recently been serviced! There are a few very minor faults to note – The CD player part of the radio never worked in our ownership (though I am including fascia conversion and relevant leads to run a standard head unit in the Jeep, as we had an Iphone friendly head unit fitted) and the sunroof tilts but does not retract for some reason (never saw the point in that anyway as its noisy). Bearing in mind the Jeep is 10 years old it is very tidy, it has a few minor marks commensurate with its age (as they all do!) but nothing major to note – it’s very presentable and sits fully valeted for the new owner. As you can see a lot of money has recently been spent on the Jeep. The Jeep is MOT’d to November 2011 and Taxed to June 2011.Please note this vehicle is located in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. Here we have a 2001 Grand Cherokee, this is not a working car. It has stood for a couple of years, I bought a new battery for it last Friday, it was running sweet, then I drove it round the block and it got overheated and the engine is damaged for sure although it will turn over a little bit, I dont want to keep turning it over for fear of damaging further.. So we are looking at spares or repair, it has extensive service history for its life up until 100,000 and I did have it serviced at least a couple of times, I need to try and find the service books these are missing right now and I am not confident of finding these, but I know the car was serviced by Knowl Hill in Reading mainly. One rear tyre has a slow puncture tread is OK, one of the front tyres tread is low, the other two are OK. All electrics seem fine, and as I said earlier it has a brand new battery. There is no MOT and No Road Fund It has an Alpine media kit and it has navigation, head unit is loose ,TV and an aftermarket portable Pioneer DVD player in the armrest, multichanger, it does have infinity speakers too, it has two screens in the rear headrests but these were not working when I finished using the car, its all leather and and tidy inside, bodywork is not a disaster either, a few grazes and there is a small ding on the front wing and other than than that it has the wear of a ten year old car. So please crack on a bag yourself a bargain, I am so tight on moving this on and I will need it moved maximum 48 hrs after the auction ends, so if you cant move it this quickly please don’t bid. It will need a trailer or low loader to be moved. Pick up is probably in Hungerford Berkshire.

This Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 is in very good condition. The colour is called slate grey but has a black appearance. Fitted with side bars and Startek alloy wheels worth over £2000 new. A used set of these wheels in the same condition as mine should fetch around a £1000. The wheels can be sold seperately if you are not interested in the car. Full leather interior with no cut or tear. Marks out of 10, I’ll give the interior 9/10 and exterior 9/10. Mot and tax expire in June. Everything works on the car.
