P/x clearance through my Classic car business, R registered Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 , tidy straight looking example, sensible mileage at just over 100,000, I have sold this car before, so know it pretty well, good bodywork all round, minor wear and tear marks, scuff on front bumper corner, but nothing major at all, very tidy under the bonnet, drives really strongly, lovely engine and gearbox, all dash check lights go out as they should, rides well for a Cherokee, as they can be a bit jiggly in my expierience. Interior is tan leather, and clean and tidy, high spec, cruise etc, remote/alarm locking, everything seems to work as it should although aircon does not get chilly, and drivers side heated seat does not always warm up, tyres all good. (2 average spare tyres passed on by previous owner included in sale). Jeep Towbar+electrics fitted. Only negatives, occaisionally drips a small amount of water, looks like from rad frame, it has done this ever since i’ve known it, not all the time either, I have covered a couple of long journeys myself recently with no bothers, holds good temp under all conditions, (added some rad leak fix, when anti freeze was topped up recently, and it seems to have stopped altogether at present, but at least you are aware of this for future, but certainly no immediate problem. and It was recorded as having damage repaired to rear in the past (tailgate/bumper), no signs of anything obvious now, apart from Jeep badge not replaced. great affordable 4X4, with a bit of luxury, for the winter when it finally hits, and you know it will, I don’t want a lot for it, but if it does not make a reasonable price I will certainly keep it around over winter for a spare ‘get you out of trouble vehicle’. current mot and tax. CHRYSLER-JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE An exceptionally clean and tidy vehicle for its age. Automatic transmission with overdrive. The exterior colour is a deep metallic blue with a thin dual pin-strip line along the side panels. 5 alloy (inc spare) wheels with some deterioration of laquer, but no rim damage. All tyres (inc spare) are nearly new with very little mileage or use. Interior is a mid grey plastic fabrication on doors and dash. A simulated rosewood trim finishes door interiors and centre dashboard, which houses CD/Radio/cassette unit, (only cd and cassette work, radio needs looking into, think it could be ariel connection), and climate control features. All seating is of a high quality deep grey leather, giving this vehicle an exectutive feel. Other features include all round electric windows, electric mirrors, electrically adjustable front seats, heated front seats, cruise control (controls built into steering column). Air conditioning is original as fitted, but is currently inoperative, but is repairable, not too much of an issue at this time of year. Interior heating/demisting and climate control is all working, combined with front and rear heated windows. All round (excluding front windshield) have tinted glass. Generally all paintwork is in good condition with no major issue. No scuffs or damage on either front/rear bumpers or corners and although a few minor stone chips on bonnet nothing considered unsightly. In excess of £1000 paid out on general repairs and maintainence since May 2011. The only advisory raised on last MOT was offside rear brake pads wearing thin. No other known issues reported. Recorded mileage is as shown in photo 92,299. When I purchased the vehicle May 2005 it has a recorded mileage of 57,158, so you can see it has only had an average of 6,000 miles use per year.
