For Sale – Grand Cherokee Jeep Has been used regularily for the last 6 years, but as we have new car its no longer required. MOT recently expired along with TAX – I am told that it has a leaky bottom radiator hose which requires replacement other that that it appears to be running fine. It has some rust bubbles on the front bonet lip, two small dents in the passanger front wing and two sratches on the rear driverside wing otherwise normal wear and tear for its age. Iam selling my next door neighbours Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 Petrol due to him not using ebay. The reason its up for sale is that the hydraulic tappets have become noisy, well basically 1 or 2 have anyway. I have flushed engine oil out and replaced filter to see if this helps but it didnt. To replace the tappets it needs to cylinder head removing which is not to difficult if your mechanically minded. The jeep runs very well with no problems with the way it drives and gearbox is fine too, so can be driven away no problem, its just that the tappets are fairly noisy. The interior is in very good condtion for age and the bodywork is in excellent condition and has chrome bull bar and sidesteps. Any questions please feel free to ask.
