Jeep Cherokee 2004 Absolutely superb condition. 88500 miles. Silver. Leather Interior. Automatic. Diesel. This is a very well cared-for vehicle. This is not so much down to us but the person who had it before (friend of a friend) who was the type to take a toothbrush to the wheel arches… We have kept it as good as we can and it really is in great condition. We bought this vehicle when the bad winter hit in 2010. I was working nightshift and wanted a vehicle that my wife could drive safely during the day through the snow and ice. It performed this function very well (as with this winter) but we now have another two 4wd vehicles at our disposal (you can see them if you come to view the Jeep) due to Business being slow and we just don’t need it now. Please have a look at my feedback. If you check back to this time last year you will see that we sold a Saab Aero and a Speedboat to very happy customers. I have kept my 100% record by being very detailed and honest in my descriptions. That way the prospective buyer is fully armed before bidding….. Although it is an Automatic, this model has a 4WD “Full Time” setting which some others don’t. It means that you can drive with 4WD on but without the differential lock – basically this means that you can keep the 4WD on while driving around normal roads without wrecking tyres, bearings etc. This is especially useful in the winter when roads can be icy or not as you carry on your journey. Bodily and mechanically it is pretty spotless, especially for it’s age. There is one scrape that the chap before us had treated (see the picture). Apart from that there or only very minor scratches or nicks that you don’t see unless you are really looking for them. The inside is also pretty well spotless as you should be able to see from the pictures. There is full leather and the on-board computer which among other things, tells you the direction you are going which I have found surprisingly helpful when lost in foreign cities (like Edinburgh…). There is Full Service History. When we got the vehicle it had developed a problem with one Trailing Arm which we had repaired by the Jeep main dealer. Since then is has had a new battery (January) and the usual services and so on. It is MOT’d until January 2013 and Taxed until August 2012. The tyres are still good too. The only other thing to mention is that we do not have the actual plug-in towbar for the towbar mechanism (as we’ve never had cause to tow anything). However, these can be purchased separately. We will also be taking the roof box and bike rack off prior to selling. As Ebay often seems to blur pictures a bit, please feel free to ask for the originals to be emailed to you – or even pics of parts not included. As we have given such a detailed description we will be holding the successful bidder to the winning price. Jeep Cherokee 2.5 Turbo Diesel 2000 W Reg 177,000 Miles with MOT & Tax till till September 2012 Car is tidy enough as per photos. Starts runs and drives very well. However the rear diff starts whinning from about 40mph and gets loader towards 70 mph. It has no effect on the vehicle and has been whining for some time.
