It hasn't happened yet, as evidenced by our feedback ratings, but it's life yo and at some point it probably will. If you happen to be the unlucky soul who's involved when it does, then don't worry. Just give us a call or drop us an email and we'll sort it out as fast as we can to both your and our satisfaction, not just for our business reputation but because we're the kind of people who take pride in being regarded as fair in our dealings. Old-school maybe in this modern day and age, but that's not such a bad thing as we see it. ENSURING THAT THE PARTS YOU BUY ARE RIGHT FOR YOU: Whilst we will do all we can to assist you in making certain that what you buy is what you need, the ultimate responsibility for making sure you do so is yours. If you are in any way unsure whether a part fits your requirements perfectly, then please feel free to contact us by telephone or email to discuss it. If, despite the best efforts of all concerned, you do still end up with a part that doesn't fit, then you may return it to us UNTOUCHED AND UNMODIFIED for a cheque refund of the purchase price, minus our restock fee of 20%. We need to charge this to cover the time we have to expend reprocessing and relisting the part for sale. Please however be advised that we will not consider refunding postage or other costs if a part is solely incorrect for your needs and not faulty in any way. SHIPPING / POSTAGE / COLLECTION: We will always endeavour to rapidly send items once an auction ends and payment is received. We will also endeavour to charge correctly for the packaging and shipping of items we sell. The amount we charge does however have to include the cost of our packing materials - we go through bubble wrap and parcel paper like many households go through loo roll - and our staff time cost, so if there's a slight discrepancy between the amount you pay and the amount of the stamps on your package when you receive it then that's probably why. We’re happy to combine multiple items to save on postage, so please let us know if you want us to do so and we’ll send you a recalculated total. Our offices in Walters Ash, Buckinghamshire are open for collection of any items that we sell, although please be advised that we are not yet able to accept payment in person via any other method than cold hard cash (although prior payment via the usual methods is still cool). Please call us in advance if you are planning to travel here so we can ensure that someone is available to assist you and the parts are readily available upon your arrival, especially if you are planning to get here outside our normal business hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. As of yet we are not in a position to formally offer delivery of parts that we sell, however if you desperately need something then give us a call and we'll try to figure something out re: getting it to you within your required timeframe. Likewise if you have an odd request for shipping, or even a courier firm that you prefer to use, then please contact us and let us know. We can attempt to accommodate any requests in this regard, as long as we receive them in advance of our dispatching the item to you. If your request is really obscure, or you live outside the UK or even in a really far-flung area where shipping's going to be a total mission, then please drop us a line before bidding / buying so we can get things sorted out.
